Chris HW + Critique Progress

Which is more appropriate for your idea: a flat design or a spatial design?
Spatial

What happens when static (unmoving) and dynamic (moving) shapes are used together in a design?
It gives a sense of reality, because when you're looking at a scene, some things will be moving and some will be still, unless something is very wrong (catastrophic accidents, time is frozen, aliens invading, etc)

Choose one artist in the reading who you feel was most successful in their use of motion and space and write your comments on him/her.
The animation team of Disney's Mulan. Each scene gives a definitive perspective, and there's a blend of static and dynamic action that makes even a cartoon seem realistic.
