- I believe that a flat design will be more effective in conveying my concept. If there is too much going on, then it will distract the viewer from what is really important
What happens when static (unmoving) and dynamic (moving) shapes are used together in a design?
- When static and dynamic shapes are used together in a design, an illusion of motion and space is created.
Choose one artist in the reading who you feel was most successful in their use of motion and space and write you comments on him/her.
- In my opinion, Robert Stackhouse's Inside Running Animals/Reindeer Way is the most successful in their use of motion and space because the diagonal lines with line variations pulls the viewer into the mysterious tunnel and gives the illusion that you are walking through it.
